Fees: In most cases, our services are free of charge to you. If a fee is applicable (e.g., for complex non-conforming loans), we will provide you with a Quote before proceeding.

Commissions: Lenders pay us a commission upon settlement of your loan. This commission is not added to your loan but is a cost borne by the lender.

• Upfront Commission: A percentage of the loan amount paid at settlement.
• Trail Commission: A smaller ongoing percentage paid monthly for the life of the loan.

Detailed commission information specific to your loan will be provided in your Credit Proposal Disclosure.
